Forest Ridge Estate, Narangba (Jan. 11, 2011).
Our house is in there, as is my hubby and our neighbours! The water only JUST didn't come into our house (including my music room)! Soooo very lucky indeed (and extremely thankful) - especially considering our insurance company said that they wouldn't have covered us at all if water came in, as they 'don't do floods' they said! Been with them for many years (incl. car)...but considering another insurer after all this, just in case this freak of nature happens here again!!!

Whitfield Court
Hi Jason, We have always lived in Whitfield Court. We were the second ones to move in and have never moved. Can't think which house you lived in as we must have known you. It was very scary, kids were screaming and our yard got completly flooded. Had evaculation message sent to us and creek was getting high but no one got flooded in this streets.
