SES Toy Drive for Fernvale
Forums:
Hi!
SES are doing a toy drive for Fernvale and are making a trip there tomorrow. They are looking for toys as soon as possible.
There are two drop off points:
- The SES Depot, 3 Woonara Dr, Petrie
- A private address in Kenmore.
Please email karis@blackvalo.com.au for more information.

Toys to Donate
Our children have a number of both new & used (but in great condition) toys they would like to donate to the Queensland flood victims. We live in Surry Hills, NSW, can anyone advise if there are any drop off centres in the Sydney metropolitan area?

School Resources
We have a number of teacher and student resources that may be useful to the schools of Brisbane.
Can anyone advise if there is a school or schools in Queensland that would be interested.
Also if anyone can help with transport.
Also plenty of boys toys, books, clothes, household needs that could be of use to families.
If anyone requires please advise again if transport could be organise.
I am surprised that we have not organised a flood relief train of goods from NSW to QLD like we did in the drought.
As previous not everyone has cash to donate but are willing to help with essentials as long as we know they are going direct to the needy at no cost to them. Not to be put in charity shops and sold to them.
